For all items you buy from us the legal warranty applies. This means that an article must be in good condition and should function properly in normal use. When you receive an item in which that is not the case, we will provide you with an appropriate solution as soon as possible. Depending on the item, we will do this by replacement, repair or refund.

In addition to the legal warranty, the warranty applies to certain items. A factory warranty is an additional warranty given by the importer or manufacturer. The manufacturer or importer may make such a warranty.
In most cases, the products have a guarantee period of two years. In the cases of software and electronically downloaded items are non-refundable after they have been delivered.
