It is possible to return a product if the product is disappointing you. It is statutory that a consumer is entitled to 14 days of reflection.

You can return your order within 30 days. You must use the return form on the back of the invoice / shipping slip. Send the items (preferably) in the original package together with the fully completed return form. The processing of the returns takes place after receipt and review of the articles.
